A New Start! by Susan

His & Hers is a new start for my brother and I.  We have both suffered from depression for most of our lives.  We'd like to welcome you to our joint blog about our struggles and our successes with depression. 

Men and women frequently experience similar things but we may deal with them in different ways.  I thought many of you might be interested in hearing what each of us has to say about our mental health problems and how we have tried all these years to overcome them.

We may also discuss our friendship with each other, our homes, family, relationships and events in our lives. 

Thank you for joining us on our New Start toward  better understanding of ourselves, each other and the many who are afflicted with depression.
